Cowboys’ Dak Prescott talks about receiving an MVP award

DALLAS — Dak Prescott, a star quarterback in the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, received a new award on Sunday.

Prescott received the NFL Football Man of the Year Award, the league announced, for his contributions to the sport.

Presseyv also was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The Cowboys quarterback won the award in 2013 after leading Dallas to its first Super Bowl championship.

He’s now the NFL MVP, and he will turn 67 years old this year.

He also is one of only two players to win the NFL Defensive Player of the Month award.

He finished second in voting last season, with Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings, who also won the honor.

Peterson won Defensive Player-of-the-Year in 2017.
